The language of the conference is English. No simultaneous translation is available.


Registration Entitlements
Full Registration
Admission to all official congress programmes, i.e. AICT-SCAI Fellows’ Course, 5th APSIC Fellowship Convocation, Opening Ceremony, Scientific Sessions, Exhibition, Industry Symposia, congress meals and coffee/tea breaks, congress bag and all congress literature. Full registration does not include the Congress Gala Dinner, which requires separate registration and payment.

Congress Only Registration
Admission to all official congress programmes, i.e. Opening Ceremony, Scientific Sessions, Trade Exhibition, Industry Symposia, congress meals and coffee/tea breaks, congress bag and all congress literature. Congress Only registration does not include the AICT-SCAI Fellows’ Course, 5th APSIC Fellowship Convocation and Congress Gala Dinner; all of which require separate registration and payment.

Admission to the official congress programmes on the selected day of registration.

Congress Badge
All delegates are required to wear the congress badge at all times to gain admission to all 6th AICT 2010 scientific programmes. The Organiser(s) reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals who do not wear or display their congress badge. There will be a SGD25.00 replacement fee for loss or reprint of badge.

Notes to Chairpersons & Speakers
Chairpersons and speakers should report to the Speakers Preparation Room as soon as they arrive at the Congress.
The room is in operation for the duration of the Congress to allow presenters to hand in their electronic presentation materials (CD-ROM, DVD, USB sticks, direct downloads from personal computer or from the Internet etc).
Chairpersons and speakers should locate their sessions as early as possible. They should be in the session room 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. All presenters are requested to keep strictly to their allocated time and Chairpersons should make every possible effort to avoid delays in the schedule.

Best Poster Competition

Best Poster finalists are required to stand-by the posters at 1200 hours, 30 minutes prior to the start of the competition. The best 3 authors will be announced during the Prize Presentation & Closing Ceremony on Saturday, 3 July, 1830 hours. All presenting authors must be present at the Closing Ceremony.


Notes to Poster Presenters
Set-up Schedule

Dismantling Schedule
Saturday, 3 July 2010     : 1600 - 1800

Poster presenters may find your designated poster board in the Trade Exhibition Hall via your Poster ID. Posters that are not removed according to the dismantling schedule will be discarded. The Organising Committee or the vendor will not be responsible for the damage or loss of posters if they are not removed on time.


Recording of Scientific Sessions
Audio recording, video-taping and all other forms of recording are not allowed during any scientific session.


Liability & Disclaimer
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Congress mentioned herein will take place as scheduled, the 6th AICT 2010 Congress organisers reserve the prerogative to make final changes should the need arises. The applicant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge complaints against the 6th AICT 2010 Congress organisers should the holding of congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or by force majeure, nonappearance of speakers or other reasons which necessitate program changes. With registration, the applicant accepts this provision.


Insurance
Applicants are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings, theft or damage to their belongings.
