Confirmation of Registration

Confirmation of registration will only be issued upon the receipt of your completed Registration Form WITH full fee payment.
 
Terms of Payment
  • All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payments can be made by cash, credit card (secure payment page on the Congress website), cheque or bank transfer.
  • Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the AICT 2010 Secretariat.
  • Registration fees will apply according to the date of receipt of the payment.
  • Outstanding payments will be collected on-site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Congress account on time. A credit card and a signature could be required as a guarantee.
 
Payment Modes

National Healthcare Group is collecting the registration fees on behalf of 6th AICT 2010. Payment must be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and the following payment methods are accepted:
NOTE: All bank charges will be borne by the applicant.

(1) Payment by Credit Card
Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted. In the event of a calculation error, AICT 2010 Secretariat reserves the right to amend the total owing.

(2) Payment by Bank Draft/Cheque
All bank drafts/cheques must be sent with the transaction number and registered name to accelerate the registration process and to ensure payment is allocated to the correct registration.

Bank drafts/Cheques must be sent in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and made payable to
“National Healthcare Group Pte Ltd”.

(4) Payment for On-site Registration
For on-site registration, only payment via cash in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and credit card (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted. Please note that on-site registration fee will apply for all on-site payment.
 
Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing to the 6th AICT 2010 Congress Secretariat. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:

Before 1 April 2010: Full refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of SGD$100.00.
1 April – 15 June 2010: 50% refund of registration fee
After 16 June 2010: No refund

NOTE: All refunds will be processed after the congress.
 
Name Substitution

Applicants unable to attend the congress may send an alternate, i.e. single institution only, at an extra charge of SGD50.00 per substitution. Substitution request must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat by 15 June 2010. All requests should be sent by e-mail to the 6th AICT 2010 Congress Secretariat at conferenceinfo@nhg.com.sg
 
Insurance

Applicant is advised to take out his/her own travel insurance and extend his/her policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings, theft or damage to their belongings.
 
Liability and Disclaimer

Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Congress mentioned herein will take place as scheduled, the AICT 2010 Congress organisers reserve the prerogative to make final changes should the need arises. The applicant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge complaints against the 6th AICT 2010 Congress organisers should the holding of congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or by force majeure, nonappearance of speakers or other reasons which necessitate program changes. With registration, the applicant accepts this provision.
