The much-anticipated integrated resorts - The Marina Bay SandsTM and Resorts World at Sentosa - will open, with Marina Bay Sands offering extensive convention facilities, a casino, three hotel towers, and exciting retail, dining and entertainment options; and Resorts World at Sentosa bringing Universal Studios' largest theme park in Asia, six themed hotels, the world's largest oceanarium, and various retail, dining, spa, and entertainment offerings.

Three new shopping malls - ION Orchard, Orchard Central and Orchard 313 - will also be operating in full swing, offering new retail concepts and brands Orchard Road, Singapore's premier shopping street, will have.

Singapore will also host the first-ever Youth Olympic Games 2010, while Resorts World at Sentosa will open. These new products join Singapore's other popular attractions, such as the tropical resort island of Sentosa and the Singapore Flyer, along with a year-round calendar of events and festivals.
