city). Next on, visit one of the oldest and largest temples in
Chinatown, the
Thian Hock Keng Temple. Take a look at the temple where many

bumpboat ride down Singapore River. Back in the days, bumpboats carried goods but today, it takes us through the historic river and harbour images. You’ll get to see the shophouses and warehouses, the six bridges built by the British, and the gracious buildings of the old waterfront set against the towering skyline of the central business district.
